Eagleridge Homes is an outcome of our parent company, Regency Ridge Development, that has been a residential land development company since 1995.   My partner, Tom Hall, has been a home builder for 35 years, for the last 18 in the Denver area, but from 1975 through 1988 was the prime builder in the Pueblo market.    We have begun Eagleridge Homes to create some turnover in the lots we have developed both in the Eagleridge area, our gated community on the north side Bella Vista and also eventually in our south side subdivision Ventana.
