Pioneer West Homes was established in 2004 and has quickly set a new standard in custom home building. The goal of the founders, Nate Grabill and Ron Miller, was to build high quality, efficient homes that included as standard features, items that most builders considered upgrades. We have also introduced a management philosophy which includes a detailed budgeting process, a schedule that dictates when all aspects of the project will occur and a quality control system that ensures that integrity of the construction project. Another goal was to provide a design and build process in-house. This aspect of the company philosophy allows customers to easily change plans or design unique plans at no initial cost. We just want the opportunity to build your dream home.
